It connects quick most of the time, and I can't say it doesn't work well. It does drop every now and then, but it ain't nothing that ruins the whole thing for me.

The watch looks okay overall, and the design isn’t bad. Anyway... it does feel a bit big on my wrist, and the buttons have that tough, rugged look but don’t really come off as clean or stylish to me

The watch itself looks good and feels fine to wear. The main issue for me has been the app and software, syncing fails often, and every now and then it just freezes. Updates haven’t really solved it on my end. It’s a bit annoying for daily use, though it’s not unusable or anything, just not as smooth as I hoped.

I had to wait quite a while to hear back from support, which was already frustrating. When they finally replied, it felt like a copy-paste response that didn’t really address what I was asking. I just wanted a clear answer, but the whole back-and-forth took longer than it should have.

I tried using the site on my phone, and it felt a bit frustrating!! The menus were kind of confusing, and some pages loaded in a weird way that made it harder to browse.

I’ve been happy with the call quality overall!! Voices come through clearly most of the time, though when I’m outside it can sound a little tinny here and there.

The screen looks really good. It’s bright and clear, even when I’m using it outside, and the colors look nice without feeling too overdone. Text is easy to read too. I wasn’t expecting it to be this sharp, so it definitely surprised me in a good way.

I picked up a Kospet watch mostly to use on my runs, but the GPS has been kind of a letdown. It can take a long time to lock on, and even after that the route is sometimes way off, like cutting through corners or showing me on streets I definitely wasn’t on. The steps seem fine and the battery is okay, but if I’m trying to track distance accurately, I just don’t really trust it. It’s not awful or anything, just... I expected it to be better

The whole return process was clear, really clear, and it didn’t turn into a headache like it can with some other companies. My replacement got sorted without a lot of back and forth, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m really happy with how they handled everything

The install took way longer than I expected, and after it finally finished, I started noticing the battery was draining a lot faster than before. On top of that, some notifications just don’t show up anymore, which is kind of the whole point for me. I reached out to support, and they did reply, but it felt like the usual copy-and-paste troubleshooting steps instead of anything really helpful. The watch isn’t completely useless now, but updates are supposed to fix problems, not create new ones...

I ordered from KOSPET it was a smooth experience. The site was easy enough to figure out. No hassle there. My watch showed up fine and looks good. Shipping took a bit longer than I was hoping, but not a huge deal. So far, the product works well. Happy with it overall. I’d probably order from them again.

I bought a KOSPET watch thinking it would pair up with my Android phone with no drama, but it just kept disconnecting randomly. A few features didn’t even show up, which was frustrating because I expected it to just Work.

The support page didn’t really help much either, so I ended up wasting time trying random fixes that went nowhere. Maybe it’s fine with other phones, but with mine it was just annoying.

I picked up a kospet watch the watch itself is okay, but the strap has been a letdown. After just a few weeks, it started cracking near the buckle, and it already feels kind of cheap when I wear it. I wasn’t doing anything rough with it either, just normal everyday use. It’s annoying because the watch works fine, but the strap makes me not want to wear it as much. Wouldn’t buy it again unless they improve that part, I guess...

I’m still waiting for my order to show up, and the delivery is just too slow. Like, way too slow. I didn’t expect it to take this long.

I got my KOSPET watch connected to the app without too much trouble, although it did take me a couple tries the first time. Once it was paired, notifications, steps, and sleep tracking started showing up like they should, and most days it’s been reliable. I almost wondered if the first setup was a little finicky on purpose just to make you go through all the permissions carefully, but maybe that’s just me overthinking it.
The syncing can be a bit slow here and there, and some of the menus feel like they were made by someone who already knows where everything is, not a new user. Still, it does what I need it to do, and I’m happy enough with it overall. I just get the sense they could make the app clearer if they really wanted to.

I bought this kospet watch because it was advertised as water resistant, so I figured light rain wouldn’t be a big deal. I wasn’t swimming with it or doing anything extreme, just wearing it outside when it drizzled. Later on, the screen started glitching and then it stopped turning on completely. Support took a while to respond and didn’t really offer much help. Common sense says a watch labeled water resistant should be able to handle a little rain, so I’m disappointed.
